Apple Picking

Last week we went to an apple orchard out in Nampa to pick apples. If we went out there and picked for the cannery for 2 hours, we were able to take home all the apples we wanted. So Matt, the girls, Jamy (our niece), Collin (her son) and I packed up and drove out there. Madeline was super excited to pick apples and Lauren was just as thrilled. They both got up on the high ladders to help get them from the top of the trees. It really was an awesome time and now we are working on making applesauce and apple pie filling! It is yummy!
