Toothless Tootie

Madeline lost her first tooth last night. It had been loose for a week or so and she was too scared to have it pulled out, but last night we had success! I was just wiggling it around, playing with it and pushing it back and forth. It was definitley ready to fall out, it was just tough to get Madeline to stay in one place. Matt was in the background cringing. :-) Finally, with one last yank, out it came. She was so excited and even wrote the tooth fairy a note asking her to leave her tooth in the box so that Maddie could show her friends at school. What an exciting time for a 5 year old. She says she is the first one in her "team" (called the sparkle flowers) to lose a tooth. I'm not sure that's true, but she thinks it is!
