Lauren Starts Dance

Lauren is going to be 3 in March. By the time Madeline was 3, she had taken 2 years of gymnastics, soccer, basketball, and dance. My poor Lauren hasn't done anything yet. Partly because she hasn't been all that interested (we tried a trial gymnastics class), and partly because with another new baby, I can't really do the "mommy and me" classes like I could with Madeline. Anyhow, Lauren decided that she wanted to take a dance class, so we enrolled her where Madeline took for 2 sessions.

My sweet "little" girl is growing up. We went to wal-mart last night and bought her a brand new dance outfit. She is so tiny, that even the smallest size, drowns her. Regardless, she was tickled to be able to have her "own" outfit (not another hand me down) and go to her "own" dance class today. She looks so grown up in her dance clothes. Her favorite color is purple, so we HAD to get her a purple leotard.
