Eagle Fun Days

For the 3rd year in a row, since we've lived here, we enjoyed Eagle Fun Days.

It's always a good time, although the first year we went, was by FAR the best year.

They threw out all kinds of candy, had better floats and a better water fight.

This year was fun, but we wish the economy would turn around so that we could have a year like the first one we went to.

At the end of the parade, they bring in the big fire trucks, and hoses and have a HUGE water fight.

People get a little crazy with their water guns, and buckets and bales of water.

We usually take little water guns, but nothing that does any damage, so this year we just let the kids get sprayed by the fire hoses.

This was the only picture we got of Lauren waiting for the water because...

she didn't want to get wet, so she hid under the chairs...

Madeline on the other hand, couldn't wait to get sprayed!

She stood right in the middle of the road waiting to get wet.

Daddy took Mitch out into the road to see if he could get him wet.

Mitch was not a super big fan!
