As you know, we attempted our first garden this summer. In the spring, my dad came out to help us prep the soil for a productive supply this year. And boy, did we have a productive supply. It was crazy how the zucchini, tomatoes and cucumbers just kept.on.coming.
I have 16 bags of shredded zucchini (that's all I could handle)
and 8 quarts of tomatoes straight from our garden.
We shared our good fortune with neighbors and friends because we had such an over abundance of produce.
It was amazing.
Next year we are going to add different vegetables to the garden in hopes that we can expand our flourishings.
