False Alarm #1

At my appointment yesterday, the doctor told me that if I felt like I was in labor, I needed to go to the hospital because I would probably have a very quick labor. I was already dilated to a 3, 50% effaced, so things were progressing rapidly. Last night, I contracted and wondered if I should head to the hospital, but decided to hold off. By tonight, I was feeling pressure and a little pain, so after Matt got home from work, we decided to head down and get checked out. Matt feels the need to document it all.

St. Lukes Hospital, Boise, ID

Me and my trusty sidekick Madeline

all hooked up to the monitors. no progression. contractions every 4-9 minutes, but nothing to make anything happen

they made me walk the halls for 1 hour to see if we could get something moving, but nope. no progression, so we went home
