We had some tomatillos we needed to use before they went bad.
We like to make green salsa with them Matt wanted to roast them first, so he put them in the oven at 375.
I went to Target, he put the kids to bed, Lexa woke up, he laid on the couch with her and the poor tomatillos and onions were forgotten about.
Whoops.
No green salsa for us tonight.
