I got some good news from Matt this morning. He took Lexi and Mitchell to UT yesterday to help Lexi learn to take a bottle. I fed her for the last time at 11:15am, yesterday. When they got to UT, about 5pm, Matt fed her a jar of sweet potatoes and he said she downed it. It made me feel better to know that she had something in her stomach even if it wasn't milk of any sort. She didn't take anything the rest of the night. I guess she woke up 5 or 6 times last night, but he was able to get to back to sleep with just her pacifier and nothing to eat. She never really cried. He offered her a bottle this morning at 8am, and she took it. No fighting, no fussing, just took the bottle like it was no.big.deal. Such a relief! Then she laid down and slept for 2 1/2 hours. When she woke up, Matt offered it again, but she wasn't interested. About 30 minutes later, she was fussy, so he offered it again and she took it. Big sigh of relief. It made me feel so much better to know that this was working.
I'm so grateful to Matt for being willing to take on this task and being willing to possibly listen to Lexi cry for a long long time. Fortunately for him, she didn't cry. It was about 21 hours between feedings, but she took that bottle. I hope we are on the right track with her now.
Oh, and because I was so preoccupied with everything that is going on, I brushed my teeth with Matt's toothbrush this morning. Sick, I know.

Yay...how is she doing now? Hope things are going well. Been thinking/praying for you and family.
Why didn't Matt have his toothbrush with him in Utah? Haha :)
