Decorating Valentine Cookies

Friday night we decided to stay home and decorate cookies for Valentines. Maddie wants to take some to her friend down the street, so she made them "extra special" for him. Both the girls enjoyed decorating, but Madeline is really into learning how to cook right now, so she was excited to make the dough. She is getting pretty good at cracking eggs. Lauren enjoyed eating the raw dough and licking the beaters more than anything else. In the end, Madeline loved putting the candy on the cookies as you can see. Doesn't it just make you want to reach through the screen and grab one! Happy Valentines Day!!
