Saturday Matt took Madeline up to Bogus Basin, one of the ski resorts in the area for her first time skiing. We talked to her a lot about skiing and what it would be like. She just kept saying she wanted to go swimming at the YMCA. But we convinced her to give it a shot, and she did great! Here is a video of Madelines first time skiing. Matt said she had a blast and is going to be a really good skiier. Her favorite part was the "magic carpet" than takes them to the top of the bunny hill. One of these days, Matt will have to take me and teach me how to ski too!

Kevin and I were laughing at what Maddie was saying. I have never gone skiing before. I love the Try not Cry.
I was laughing so hard. That was so cute. I'm not very good skiing but it's a lot of fun. You will have to try it sometime.
I really enjoy skiing, but have not been in a while. That is something I would love to have my kids try. They are not snow bunnies though,five minutes and they are done.

How fun is that?!!! Matt you are a good Dad. I have never been skiing before, I bet I would have been like Madeline, haha! So cute!
