Mommy's 1st Masterpiece
Ok, so maybe it's not really a masterpiece, but it was fun to make. I decided to take a cake decorating class through Michaels Craft store. So I have gone to two classes and last week this was our project. It's really not as hard as it may look, because it's just the type of frosting tip used, but it does take a lot of time. And cake decorating can get very expensive!! But I'm enjoying myself and having a good time finding some new talents. The girls loved eating it in the end too!

yummy cake jilene! i want some! looks like the first few classes have paid off, cause i don't think i'd be able to bust one of those bad boys out!
That looks great! Way to go!! We have done a few cakes with the piping bags, and it does take a long time. You should be proud!
Jilene- That cake looks entirely too good...I have a great idea, we need to have a "mommies" night where we make a cake or two or three and then sit around and admire it and then eat it. :) Way to go, it looks so neat and tasty!
