This year the 4th of July fell on a sunday, and therefore, so our search for a parade was far and few between. We were able to find one in downtown Boise on the 3rd of July.
Well, as much fun as I think parades are, it was unseasonably COLD for July, and holding Lauren on my lap was all I could do to stay warm.
Needless to say, the parade was less than entertaining, but at least Madeline was able to fill her pockets with candy.
It's really about the only good part of having to sit outside!
