Matt, Madeline and Mitchell decided to get up early on Saturday morning and head downtown to the Spirit of Boise Balloon Festival.
Lazy mom and Lauren decided to stay home and catch up on some much needed sleep.
They woke up at 6am so that they could be there before the sun got up and the balloons were blown up.
It was too early for me.
But it looks like it was a great time and Madeline really enjoyed it.
Someday I WILL go up in a hot air balloon.
Until then, I'll enjoy them from pictures and the ground.
