Camelback Park with Araves

We took the Arave to one of our favorite parks.
CamelBack Park in Boise.
We love it because it has a great playground for the kids,
a fabulous hill to climb
and breathtaking views at the top.
We love to take all of our visitors there.
Oh, what do you do in the summertime?
Chase entertaining himself.

It looks steeper than it is when you are climbing

It's going to be a long hike if you're already falling to the ground Mitchy.
And a long hike if you are trying to run it.
Or maybe just good exercise.
I took the 'hard' way up by taking the path.
There were tons of stairs to climb and carrying a baby did not make it easy.
I was definitely huffing and puffing by the time I got to the top.

Meeting everyone else at the top.
The kids were troopers

One of our few family pictures.
I really love this one.

HOORAY for making it to the top!

Walking down isn't much easier.
It's pretty steep, so it works your knees to get down

Even Mitch felt it was a tough hike.
But he's a trooper!
I love the courtsey smile
