Madeline had a piano recital
She had her pieces memorized, but I guess because everyone else was using their music, she decided to also. She did a fantastic job!
She was able to play on a $170,000 grand piano. It was a beautiful sound!
She also received lots of awards for passing off certain levels throughout the year.
Marion Teh is Maddies teacher. She is truely amazing.
She was a super happy little girl to get so many awards
I am so proud of my little girl. She is so beautiful!
So proud of BOTH of our little girls. We left the little kids at home with a sitter!
Grandpa and Grandma Ray made it for the recital too. It was very sweet of them to come.
Sunday morning brought breakfast at the hotel. I was home asleep and didn't even know they went!
Grandpa and Maddie. The kids think breakfast at a hotel is the greatest!
They are easily pleasured.
We were able to admire Grandma's long hair. I think this is the first time in 10 years of marriage I have seen her hair down. It's beautiful!
Grandma brought a 'loom' for the kids to work on.
She spent lots of time helping Lauren.
Lauren worked really hard on her pot holder.
Mitchell decided it was cold enough to play outside. He bundled himself up and away he went.
Notice the gloves on his feet instead of snow boots.
Mitchell enjoyed oranges for lunch
I enjoyed having an angioma removed from my chest. I got this beauty when I was pregnant with Alexa and it would never go away. I had to have it removed and get stitches. But it was such an eyesore and made me so self conscious, I was happy to see it gone!
We took a quick trip to Utah to say goodbye to Brian, Kristy and Rach and to see Grampa Logie.
During that trip, Mitchy requested we go bowling. So bowling it was!
These are some pretty good little bowlers!
And Lexa was just happy to be with her Grampa

We went to JumpTime. Lots of trampolines, bounce houses and monkey bars.
the kids were in playland heaven.
Hannah P is a pro at the monkey bars
Brooklynn and Ashlyn
Paige, Kara, Lauren and Halle. Love these girls. Lauren is so lucky with her friends

adding Drew to the mix. He doesn't mind hanging out with all the girls
strong Kara!

Lou has gotten pretty good at the monkey bars
seeing who can hang on the longest.
while the littles played, Madeline and her friend Nathalie played on the big kids side.
Nathalie got some good air on this jump.

In March, we also spent lots of mornings watching cartoons
we set traps to catch leprachauns
we didn't catch him but he did leave us some gold coins
Lexa enjoyed a lollipop
and it turned her mouth black or blue or green.
Madeline enjoyed participating in her school music program.

In March, Matt and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary!
Holy cow, 10 years!
Lexa was eyeing that chocolate covered strawberry!
Mom and Dad sharing a moment.
Mitchy enjoying his strawberry. it was bigger than his mouth!
Lauren was not interested in the camera. But in this picture, she had just admitted that she can be mean to her sisters and brother. HAHA!
Matt surprised me and took me to the Kelly Clarkson concert.
Matt Nathanson opened for her.
He was really great!
