Optimist Jamboree

The girls had an Optimist Jamboree today.

This is when all the teams that play in the Optimist League meet on the Bronco Field at the BSU stadium and get to play 12 plays on the football field. 

All the cheerleaders get to go cheer the teams on. 

Our game happened to be scheduled at 8:30am, which meant we had to be at the stadium by 7:30am.  Really?

 For our family, that's a little early!

I don't think Lauren has ever been up that early and Madeline only a handful of times. 

But we did  it and we were only 5 minutes late!

She was cold. I was told it was going to be 97 degrees today.

No one told me 'not at 8am.'  oops. 

Thank heavens her cheer coach let Lauren borrow her jacket!
